From the points raised it has now been decided to implement the following proceedures:

 1)  Text details of fixtures will be sent out as soon as confirmed to the club to all players.  A reply back will be required by NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 6:00pm after which the final team and substitutes for that sundays game will be selected, SO EARLIER THE BETTER. because no reply by that time it will be taken that you are not available.

 2)  The selected team and substitutes  will be emailed to Martin Richardson before 12pm on the Saturday and posted on the clubs web site during Saturday afternoon.  Hopefully  this will take away some of the uncertainty and allow those playing to prepare properley for the game

 3) Players must be at the ground for 9 45am for home fixtures or when travelling away and those meeting up at the Meadow Covert Pub no later than 9:15am.  Always make sure that the manager knows you are in attendence. If for any reason you know you maybe late ALWAYS ring in to let us know

 4) If you are NOT in the changing rooms by 10:00am you will not be be included for the game as the team sheet and substitutes will have been submitted to to the referee. This is a league ruling and failure to comply can result in fines being imposed on the club and also incorrect team sheets can result in points being deducted

 5) Get changed and ready quickly so that nets for home matches can be put up as soon as possible. All players if on time should be ready and out on the pitch for 10:10am

 6) Once out on the pitch get yourself prepared and warmed up.

The substitutes and the goalkeeper will warm up and prepare together under the direction of the goalkeeper.

The midfield, strikers and defence will prepare and warm up in groups taken by the captain and those players who hold coaching badges.

Afterwhich any final instructions will be given by the team manager.

REMEMBER GOOD PREPARATION CAN GO ALONG WAY TO STARTING A GAME RIGHT AND HOPEFULLY GIVE US A BETTER CHANCE TO GET THE RIGHT RESULTS and eliminate some of the problems and concerns raised recently.

FINALLY ENJOY AND THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY IS TO BE WINNING GAMES, NOBODY LIKES LOSING
